Got my bfp today I have light spotting and cramps earlier

Hey ladies I got my BFP earlier today, I’m 4 weeks! Me and my bf had sex earlier and I had LIGHT spotting and LIGHT cramps both seem to have went away... I took another test and it seems a little lighter, should I worry?!? My knees hurt really bad but I’ve been walking around all day. Please see my pics below.

Top was 130 today

Middle 330 today and bottom 915 tonight.

Please should I worry? I need food and bad inputs. I’ve lost 3 babies already. I’m confident in this baby 🧡🌈💫
