Newly pregnant & working out

I just found out I’m pregnant, according to the app I am 4w3d.

I usually go on workout spurts. I’ll work out for 4 weeks in a row, every day, then stop. And not work out for 2 weeks. Well I stopped working out during my 2week wait.... I ended up pregnant.

I’m nervous to work out but I also love working out. I’m nervous about HIIT workouts or jumping. I’ve just been going for a 2 mile walk the past few days.

What are your recommendations for a safe way to get my heart rate up and sweat?!
