Miscarriage help.

I know this is the wrong group but I was hoping to get some help from someone. March 7th I found out our baby stopped growing at 6 weeks. I started to bleed after our ultrasound and have been bleeding ever since. The last week has been really heavy. I have lost so many large clots I wonder if it’s normal. This Wednesday the 28th will mark three weeks of bleeding. Four days I have had gushing blood where I just have to sit on the toilet and let it run out. I leave for vacation April 2nd and was really hoping it would be over but just tonight I had heavy bleeding again and lost another large clot. Please help I will post pictures of everything I have lost!
