Can I be pregnant?

Alright I had unprotected sex and got my period 2 days later, it’s been about 3 days since my period ended but now out of nowhere when I was driving home from work I felt very sick. My stomach feels very off and I didn’t eat anything crazy. I started puking I didn’t even make it into my house. Is there any chance I’m pregnant even though I got my period? I feel like my period came because it was going to anyway not because I’m not pregnant. Help me out😔
