CD8 Small follies/thin lining/cancelled IUI

Ive been stimulating with Menopur for 5 days since CD3, and I have 2 follies that DID NOT GROW at all ☹️ also, my lining didn’t thicken, it’s super thin. My RE canceled my upcoming IUI, I’m super bummed and I don’t even know why this happened this time. 🙁
