Sharp stabbing / burning pain in breast

Now I know pains in breasts are common during pregnancy, however, this one is in the same spot. For days now.

It’s a sharp pain that is sporadic and random. It’s intense and burns. It’s just in one line. In the same spot over and over again. About 1 o’clock on my breast. From the outside, in towards the nipple. It’s very superficial, not under the breast, but feels very close to the outside. If that makes sense.

Is this common? Or could this be something else?
