The last week or so my baby has woken up with a poopy diaper (which happens sometimes between 4am (when he goes back down after his last overnight feed at 3am and 6/7am when he wakes up for the day. I’m now completely paranoid and feel so guilty that I can’t sleep and pretty much stare at the monitor listening to see if I can hear him poop because i feel so bad if he sits in it. Am I the only one with this guilt?? I’m exhausted and pretty much don’t sleep past 3am when he wakes up for his last overnight feed even tho he is sleeping - how do I get over this??
