I need to know if I should be worrying or not!

Ok so I have been super stressed out because I am leaving the country in a month for a trip by myself. It’s been causing anxiety pretty much. I’ve been freaking out because I had sex with someone where the condom was a bit too big and when he “finished” (sorry) he kept going and I didn’t even know! So I have been terrified that it somehow got me pregnant. My period actually came a day earlier than glow guessed it would come and I had two days of my normal terrible cramps and my period contained blood clots so I thought I was in the clear. But today (day 3) I wake up to basically just spotting from my period! I had only one big cramp after a work out session and I passed a big clot (sorry again) but then its been basically nothing! I first started exercising about a month ago and have been really stepping it up lately so could that cause my period to only really be a couple days?? (2 1/2 to be exact). What I’m especially worried about is that I had a few cocktails two nights ago after eating ibuprofen all day to get rid of the cramps and when I woke up my stomach just did not feel right but it went away and just started back up a couple hours ago!! Any pressure is pretty painful, like if I physically push on it, lean on something, or even a bumpy car ride! Everything I’ve been looking up just keeps telling me I’m pregnant which doesn’t make sense because I did get my period 16 days after ovulation.... I just have so much anxiety about this and can’t make a doctors apt until tomorrow... hopefully can find some piece of mind on here... has this ever happened to anyone else?!? 😖😫😢
