Trying not to Give Up
I’ve been going to crossfit for the past 2 months working out basically everyday and I’ve been trying to lose weight from my stomach. I have felt a difference and feel healthier, but I don’t see it yet in my stomach. I feel like giving up even though I don’t want to but when am I going to see a difference? I’ve changed my eating habits and everything. I need help, anyone got any advice? My goal is to be able to fit in these two awesome dresses comfortably that I bought and they are size M, I’m a size L...help anyone?
