currently freaking out, wth is dha?!

I've been taking my prenatals since even before I was pregnant, I never knew about dha? my prenatals dont have any dha? did I fuck up? omg no one ever told me about this! my doctors still haven't told me shit about this, I'm 5 weeks and some change.

Relax! A lot of studies say it’s good for a growing babies so doctors are now recommending it in addition to your prenatal (which is why they are in a lot of prenatals) I recommend Mother’s Ocean DHA as it’s not got a “fishy” smell. Just order it on amazon and take it once a day!

i got the up & up brand at target and its a prental, and separate DHA pills together. it was soo much cheaper than the ‘fancy’ prenatals. they work great! and don’t have any kind of smell.

thank you guys so much! I had a minor freak out but I'm good now. I ordered some separate dha pills that I'll take with my prenatals until I run out, and then I'll buy the nature made prenatals that have dha in them already
