Kyleena IUD

I’m considering getting the Kyleena IUD at the recommendation of my OBGYN - I’ve been on the pill for almost 10 years and she’s concerned about too much estrogen in my body due to my mother being a breast cancer survivor. I’ve also been experiencing migraines and she believes it could be due to my birth control pill.

I’m concerned to get the IUD because I’ve heard it causes acne and weight gain - what is everyone’s experience? I’ve also heard it causes headaches in some people (which I’m obviously trying to avoid due to my pre-existing migraines) 😰
