So we found out early what the gender is through genetic testing and we were keeping it a secret till the anatomy scan at 20 weeks. Well my MIL decided to not only announce the gender but also the name. We weren’t gonna tell anyone the name until the baby shower because we have to long to go. I’m beyond upset and my husband basically doesn’t see a problem. She’s been constantly overbearing this ENTIRE time I’ve been pregnant. Not to mention this is my first pregnancy so I was really looking forward to revealing everything.

I messaged her this, even though I wanted to say a lot more, I was just trying to remain calm and be respectful and she didn’t even bother to message me back.

So she “apologized” because my husband told her how upset I was and that she needs to stop being overbearing and this is what she sent me.
