So, my ex at school has hurt me in the past, but kept saying he would change, and then when we broke up (which was for the last time, at least for me) he started dating this girl from another school, but he flirts with me everyday, and I don’t know what to to think. On one hand, I still like him, but on the other hand, if I try to date him again, I’m afraid he’ll hurt me again like he has in the past, half of my friends say I shouldn’t even THINK about it, but the other half say I should see how he feels and that they think me and him should be together, I need some opinions on what I should do cause I don’t know what to do

So he keeps flirting with me, and I kinda flirt back a bit, I know I shouldn’t, I mean, c’mon, he has a girlfriend, but I can’t help it, and every time I see him he keeps trying to do these things where he would be like “can you hold this?” Then he would try to hold my hand, and he hugs me a lot more, and now he keeps wanting to walk with me out in the hallway even though he’s not supposed to be out of the classroom at that time, he does it anyways, I don’t know what to do again :(
