What do Braxton hicks really feel like?

I think I've been getting Braxton hicks for a while now but I'm not sure....my stomach gets really hard but there isn't any pain with it. There are other times when I feel like he is giving me one swift kick in the vagina. What are these??

Like a boa constrictor is wrapped around your waist lol.  It's not necessarily painful but you feel a tight squeeze and have to take deep breaths.

Sounds like BH if all over your stomach gets really hard. I was having them for weeks before my Dr pointed it out to me haha. My tummy always gets into a funny shape with BH contractions. One side sticks out waaaaay further than the other 😂 it's so weird
