Birth control! I need help ladies!!

So I started my birth control pills exactly a week and 3 days ago and I missed day 3 well I didn’t miss it , just took the pill exactly 7 minutes late! Will that affect anything? Ever since then I’ve been taking them everyday at the same time. Even pill 1 and 2 was taken at the same time. Just asking because my fiancé is coming home for Easter and I just had a baby 2 months ago and I’m definitely not trying to get pregnant again lol so I wanna know if it already kicked in my system or if I have to wait another week because typically they say to wait 1 week for it to start working but idk if that got messed up since I took it late that one day.
