Help!!? Confused

I thought I had 1 pregnancy test left, and once I took it I realised the packet said ovulation (dur) however when I looked there are 2 faint lines?!! I’m 10DPO and 3 days until AF so how can there be two lines... I googled it and apparently it can pick up HGC too? Am I possibly pregnant? I did a test the other day and it said negative so very confused! I will do another test in the morning .. just can’t wait until then!! Thanks girls
