The Mirena (IUD)

I had the depo shot and HATED IT, i gained 50lbs, it dried me out and a bunch of other health problems . I have the iud now. At first my boyfriend kept complaining that the strings kept poking him so I got them cut shorter and haven’t had any complaints. I got mines the day after my bday (Jan 4) and just got a check up to make sure it was still in place a week ago. No weight gain, no cramps, I started losing weight and for some reason i get wetter during sex (sorry if it’s tmi just tryna help). Has this happened to anyone else ? Who else has the IUD & how do you like it ?
