help on a hair cut and color

My hair looks like this at the moment and it's black hair...
1.Its nice...but not sure.
2.this one is my favorite at the moment.
3. love this one too lol can't decide help!
4. should I go short like this and color too I'm not sure. .. if u have any ideas please help
