Me and my husband have been working out since 3/19/17 and we been portion controlling and eating healthy! So far We have lost 20 lbs together. All I've done is eat healthy and I've walked 2 times during these day and he's worked out everyday. Believe me it ant easy but app worth it, we struggled yesterday we wanted to cave and just eat junk food but we didn't. Me and my husband are the people that start to work out then we cave a few days later and just give up... Not this time! Come join us if you would like. Here's some foods I've made..
