Since i started my period, i started to be concerned about the amount of discharge i started having, so i started using everyday linear pads

its been so long and now im actually getting tired of it, if i dont use linear, my panties get discharge on them real quick, its impossible to keep them clean. My trash can gets full off of just panty linears and its wraps

Im super hygiene, i take care of it very well, but still get so much discharge

is there anything i can do? that i should change? please help
