my boobies hurt

So My period is supposed to be here around April 2. my boobs usually get tender beforehand.. but damn. like even just squeezing my arms next to them,they hurt. maybe it's because i haven't worn a bra in 2 days (finally off work with no plans) but I've also been constipated a lot. my husband and I only had sex 3 times this cycle. and only one time was it in my fertile window. but all it takes is one time..
