Labor near?

36 weeks and I’ve had a dramatic increase in Braxton Hicks contractions.

Last night I had 15 in 2 hours.

Today I’ve been getting them about 12 minutes apart for 4 hours.

I’m staying hydrated.

I keep getting very hot whenever I get one of the contractions.

I have an appointment with my OB Friday where they said they’d start checking for dilation.

Does it sound like labor could be getting close?

I know there’s knows no way of knowing 100%. But omg I’m so ready 😭
