sad dont know what to do anymore

i have been ttc for so many years in 06 had an ectopic. then nothing for 11 years. i got pregnant end of november but miscarried less than a week later. i just want to be a mother so bad...its the only thing missing from my life and im almost 35 so i dont have that many more years left to try and i cant afford fertility treatments. im just at a loss. i have prayed and begged and cried out to god so many nights. i just dont know anymore. its devastating.
