I need some opinions
So I’m 5’ 4” and I weigh around 141 lbs. and I can’t help but feel fat. I even looked at this chart thing and it says that I’m over weight, everything I try to do, I can’t seem to lose weight from, my dad is now telling me that I need to lose weight because I’m “out of shape” even thought I do cardio almost everyday and I eat healthy too, I just don’t know what to do anymore, please give me some tips?
