inner thigh rash?

ok so I'm not sure which caterogy to put this under so I just kinda picked the one that seemed the most versatile.. the last couple days, my inner thigh, right around my crotch, I have noticed a rash.. feeling like a carpet burn almost..I don't think it has any correlation but I'm 20 weeks pregnant and I don't know if its just from my thunder thighs rubbing together bc all I've been wearing baggy sweats the past week or if you guys think it could be something more sever? what can I do/use to help it?
