For mamas of 2 of the same gender, was your 3rd different or the same?

I just found out I’m having my second girl. I really, really want a little boy. I’m so excited to have another baby girl but I hope someday we have a mommas boy. We really only want 3 kids so this next one will most likely be the last. Posting anon because I don’t want judgement.

I have 2 little girls and with each of them I wanted a boy..so this time I just wanted a baby lol I would've been happy either way..btw I absolutely adore my girls they mean the world to me ❤❤ we are expecting #3 due August 25th and blood work said it's a boy 😊 my girls are so excited to have a little brother now!!

I had twin boys so my situation was a little different but my third child was a girl..and that's what we had all hoped for and wanted. There's nothing wrong with wanting a certain gender (imo). It doesn't mean you don't love the "wrong gender" just that you envisioned life with the other and wanted to experience that too..We only wanted 3 as well so I would have been sad (at least for a bit) if I didn't get my little princess
