Implantation bleeding or period?

I am 2 months PP, exclusively breastfeeding/pumping. I haven’t gotten a period yet.

This morning when I wiped I had snotty looking discharge that was pinkish/Brown. Quite a bit of it.

I’m on antibiotics, would that have anything to do with it?

Any insight?

And yes this is planned, I am confused as to whether it could be ovulation, implantation bleeding, period, or a side affect of the antibiotics
