Unusually light period. possible tmi

hey guys I've been ttc for over a year and miscarried in November. (don't know if that plays a part so I went ahead and mentioned it) This months period was very very light like I didn't fill a tampon in a day when I normally fill multiple. I cramped the first day but that was it and my pms symptoms were wacko. I was extremely tired, really sensitive nipples (I couldn't even touch them and when my arms brushed against them it hurt), more moody than normal, etc. I got a faint positive but there was no color so I assumed negative. Is it possible for me to be pregnant again? I know I "had" my period but it wasn't "normal" even though I've had 2 normal periods since I miscarried. here's a picture of the test
