Do you have a cleaning crew?

If so, how big is your house, what do you have them clean, how much do you pay, how often do they come and do you find that it's money well spent? 
I'm 21 weeks pregnant with second while working full time and we have a 10 month old and 3 big shedding dogs and it's looking more appealing everyday to get a cleaning crew!

Yes! I held out for the longest time because we're not wealthy people and I felt so spoiled hiring one. But when I was pregnant with my 3rd baby, I was put on partial bed rest and my husband fractured his foot, plus 2 kids, so we didn't have much choice. It's seriously a dream. That was 2 years ago and we've had cleaning since. My husband and I no longer bicker about chores (we still have to do daily dishes and laundry  but no heavy cleaning), I stopped getting highlights and nails done just to keep my cleaner because it's THAT good. Have them fold and put away laundry, it's the best. Where I live it averages $20-25 an hour, I have weekly cleaning done.

🙄 I wish 🤣 well kinda, cause I’m not good with trusting so I rather do it myself. I do have help from my oldest son and my granny that lives with us but it’s best to do your self cause u know where everything is and don’t have to go behind someone to change it. Good luck!

I have used a service on 3 occasions so far. Our house is 2,500 SF (3 bedroom/ 2 1/2 bathrooms) for a flat rate of $135. They do everything and I love it!! I’m having our baby tomorrow and husband will be making more money starting Tuesday. So I think I’ll be hiring at least once a month.

Rates also depend largely on where you live
I rent a home in Orange County, CA that’s 3 bedrooms 1900 sq ft and my housekeeper charges me $140 flat. She comes weekly and I don’t have a super messy/dirty home so she doesn’t have to really do anything outside of the normal upkeep. Aside from literally cleaning, she does dishes, tidy’s the beds and also folds laundry when I need her to. 
I own a home in Hidden Hills, CA (los Angeles) that’s 6 bedrooms and 9,300 sq ft plus a one bedroom 800 sq ft guesthouse in the back. Three women clean that house every other week and it runs us about 150 per person. Sometimes I don’t need parts of the house cleaned (like if there’s bathrooms and areas we haven’t used much since the last cleaning) so only two of my housekeepers come on those weeks.
