twitches in lower belly?

Hi ladies
I’m 21 Weeks and it feels like twitches in my lower belly I don’t know if it’s baby or it is just weird twitches! Sometimes it can even make me feel like I need to go pee and it’s driving me insane! I just want to know if anyone else has had this and if it’s baby moving or it’s me being silly. It’s happening as I type but it’s happening more when I sit down. Please help!🙄

It feels like twitches every time my baby moves and I do the exact same thing.

It’s most likely the baby! When I first started feeling movements that’s what it felt like. Like a muscle twinge.
