Toss or USE!??

Question

In my sleep deprived haze, I left 2 4 oz bottles of frozen solid breast milk on the kitchen counter last night and forgot about them until this morning. They were thawed and room temp this morning. Milk was out for around 8 to 9 hrs. it smells fine. It would make me sad to throw it away, but is it still safe to give my baby?

If you don’t feel comfortable giving it to your baby, refreeze for diaper rashes! Just add it to some bath water and it helps clear up the rash. I never pump and dump when I consume alcohol, I just mark the bag so not to confuse it with other milk, and I put it in his bath water when he has a bad rash.

If it was frozen solid and was only out for 9 hours I personally would still use it for the next two feedings
