Low fluid

I’m currently 7 weeks 4 days. Yesterday I found out that my progesterone was 11.7 and they want 15. So they sent me for an ultrasound. I got a call today saying that I’m being put on medicine to increase the progesterone. I was also told that the fluid for the baby is lower than normal or where they want it to be. She said I have an 80-90% of miscarrying if the fluid level doesn’t go up. Has anyone else had this problem and went to full term and had a healthy baby?
