So anxious

I can’t seem to relax.

I got another 2 weeks before my next ultrasound and until then I’m stuck. I had a pelvic ultrasound (to make sure everything was in the right place I guess) and all we could see was the sac. No yolk, no fetal pole, just an empty sac. She didn’t seem worried, she just said to come back in 2 weeks and continue with blood work. The sac measured out to be 7w1d

I don’t “feel” pregnant. I’m worried. 😫😫
