Lower left pain at 8 weeks

Hi all, I’m 8 weeks exactly today and was today be the house this afternoon and a sharp throbbing type pain started in my lower left abdo.... I led down and it disappeared but then came back a little

While later and went again!

I’ve just been making dinner and it’s come back again.

When I had my first baby, I felt a ripping pain when I stood to quickly (round ligament pain) - but this feels completely different!

Anyone else experiencing something like this?

I’m not bleeding and still feeling symptomatic (sick, tender breast etc) x
