Hi all! I'm hoping someoen can help me as I haven't been able to figure this out.

In August I had my baby girl. I went to the 6 week check up any my pap came back abnormal. Since I had an abnormal one in the past, they sent me for a Colposcopy. I never heard anything back from then other than to go back in 6 months. The Dr performing it told me it could have been from a past HPV infection but that he doesn't see any evidence of it now, or that it could be simply from having the baby because he barely saw any abnormal cells.

My partner in the past few months has has what he though were skin tags appear in his groin area. He went to the doctor and he said they could be genital warts from HPV.

I do not have genital warts. Is it possible for one partner to develop the strain for genital warts and not the other?

I just don't know if I should continue having sex with him even with condoms because where his are located won't be covered by the condom.

So far we've been having sex since we didn't realize that could be HPV.

Any advice would be appreciated!
