No symptoms at 7 weeks!

Hi all. Had a missed miscarriage in December at 8 weeks. Now I’m 7 weeks exactly today. I had my first ultrasound at 6 weeks four days and baby was great! Hb was 132 bpm it was absolutely the most amazing thing I ever heard/saw. But I’m paranoid bc last one I lost at 8 weeks. I don’t have any preg symptoms still. Boobs slightly bigger but nothing else no nausea, no soreness, NoTHiNG. Is this weird?? I haven’t had preg symptoms at all so it’s not like anything went away but I heard nausea is a good sign bc it means your levels are where they should be. Do u think my chances of everything going well at next appt is good since my ultrasound was good?? I’m also on progesterone suppositories and a thyroid medicine they put me on since my thyroid was not where it should be. Thanks for your input.
