How do you tell if you miscarried...? I’m 7 weeks and I keep having dreams that I miscarried as well as I feel like my symptoms of pregnancy have gone away. I’m not super nauseous anymore, I feel like my sense of smell isn’t strong, I haven’t been dizzy. My boobs are as tender as they were last week.

I have been feeling really tired and always wanting to sleep. I haven’t bleed either but I have cramped here and there. Im scared because I keep feeling like I miscarried and don’t know it. Any insight....
