I have my ultrasound in 6 days I’ll be 6weeks and 5 days I did have an ultrasound a few days ago at the hospital (for cramping and I obviously wasn’t allowed to see anything) they told me There wasn’t a heartbeat nor fetal pole and that not to worry about it because I’m still early but I’m so scared that they won’t hear a heart beat at my ultrasound. Do you guys have any tips for me to reduce my worries
