11 weeks prego and I hit my tummy
So I just got out of the ER last night and slept with my wristbands on and this morning I was trying to rip them off. While doing so I tried to hard and the momentum shot my fist into my stomach and it hurt a little bit and freaked me out.
I’m out walking around right now and I have slight pains.
I’m just wondering if the baby should be fine because it’s still fairly small ? Advice?
