Any stories of what’s working or hasn’t worked for you is great too! I’m new to this and so far it’s pretty overwhelming

I'm dieting and have lost 47 pounds in 5 months. I also take a prenatal vitamin, vitamin b complex, vitamin d, chromium, magnesium and fish oil. I've been having a regular 28 day period for 8 months and I'm ovulating. My hormones are completely normal and I haven't had any more cysts in my ovaries in over two years. This is only second month tracking ovulation, CM and timing sex but have been trying for about two years.

I take piles of pills every day, and it changes depending on where in my cycle I am. 
To control testosterone, I take cinnamon, peony root, licorice, red reishi mushroom, and/or mint tea. 
To control estrogen, I take DIM (diindolylmethane), but not in the week leading up to ovulation. 
To control insulin resistance, I take myo-inositol, d-chiro-inositol, cinnamon, and alpha-lipoic-acid. 
Then any anti-inflammatory foods are also helpful, as is green tea. Hope this helps a little.
