any advice?

ok so my boyfriend is younger than me and he's a virgin. well kinda. he is bi so he's been with a guy but never had his dick in a person. he has tried to have sex with me but he has trouble putting it in and he gets embarrassed and doesn't want me on top cuz he wants to figure out how to do it on his own but i am dying waiting but he's scared and embarrassed. I wish I could help him feel more confident but I don't know what to do. I'm not a virgin at all so I know how to help him but he won't try again until he knows he can do it right. he's so stubborn 😕
