Idk what to do but my boyfriend of 10 months has ghosted me. It's been about a week but it's so unlike him. He like fell off the face of the earth disappeared.

I try texting and calling him and he just lets it ring or reads my message and doesn't reply.

Idk why, our last conversation was really good and it was just me giving him advice and helping him cope with his feelings.

Recently though like a few days ago he started following his ex gf of 3 years back on insta and she followed him back as well. So I'm thinking he left me for her. Which sucks because he would always call her a bitch and I would always try to show him how much i loved him.

I'm just really sad and hurt that this is how he's choosing to go about things. Idk what I did or what sparked this out of the blue.

He keeps updating his snap story but now I dont want to look like I'm stalking him if I even view it.

This just sucks.

I sound like I'm 13 I'm 21 and he's 25..you'd think that he would've outgrown this by now.

I'm just sad and needed to vent i guess.

Most of all I feel used and played. I think he just needed someone there for him while his ex was gone. Wasted almost a year of my life. I'm embarrassed and I just feel kinda dirty idk
