Sick?

So I just finished my first month of BC. I’m 19 so no judgement please.

Never before have I let someone cum inside of me until this week, right before my period and on my period. I just got off my period and since this morning I’ve been having sharp pains in my side, I threw up once, and not to give TMI but I’ve pooped 4 times today that’s 3 times more than usual. And I was taking a shower with my love and he put it in just for a second and it was hurting my stomach also. Also been having constant back pain. Any suggestions on what might be going on?
