symptoms going away

i started to have morning sickness exactly at 6weeks i am now 8weeks 3days and since yesterday i havent felt sick to my stomach like a usually do when i wake up i don't even get nauseous when i am cooking my nips were pretty sore also and its going away. i was told that they saw a subchorionic hemorrhage on my 6week ultrasound and today i started spotting bright red again could this be normal for my symptoms to be going away and the spotting to start
