huge question (TMI)

I am 38+1 today and have been having contractions off and on since 10:44pm last night. I just recently went to the restroom and when I wiped there was kind of a goopy substance on the toilet paper can anyone tell me if it's my mucus plug. This is my 4th child but with my first 3 I never noticed when ai lost my plug.
