I’m so proud of myself.
I started my weight loss in December 2017. I was 200 pounds. I weighed myself during the middle of March and I was 193 , I got on the scale this morning and seen this!!! 8.4 pounds down!! 😍😍😍 all I’ve been doing is moving more and eating healthier (with intermittent fasting).
