Prom makeup advice?

This is my dress and I'm not sure what I want to do with my makeup. I want to have red nails I think? I'm not sure about the style, so if I could get suggestions on that too, it would be great. I have sparkly silver heels, my prom is in May.

Maybe a red or nude lip?? I'm not sure about how I want my hair either, it's not growing much. I was thinking curls?

Any suggestions would be great, I'm very indecisive.
