Implantation bleeding or period ?

I’ve been feeling nauseous and had major fatigue. And sore boobs, cramping and random carpal tunnel in my right hand.. headaches, lower back pain and cramps ..

Normally before my period I get spotting( this time I didn’t ) ...

my period was meant to come Friday 23rd/3/18

It came Monday 26th/3/18

( normal my periods are heavy )

This period was so damm light ..

so since Monday 26th too 30th/31st of March/2018 it’s been like spotting (

I’m not sure if it’s my period or implantation bleeding ) normally I have to change my pad at least 3 times a day.. where as this time round I’ve worn the pad the whole day without changing it

so today I tested on my clear blue advanced fertility monitor for the first time and I’ve gotten a ‘high ‘

Could I be pregnant ?

Never get sore boobs or nausea leading/during/after my period 😕

Any advice?
