I have been experiencing such bad pain & pressure the past 3 days. My <a href="https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.glow.android">glow app</a> says yesterday and today are my most fertile days, that's when my pain has been the most severe. My pain and pressure is all in the front pelvic region and the pain & pressure gets worse while sitting in a crunched type of position, while urination and when walking. I've been on birthcontrol since i was 14, but we have been TTC since last May/June-ish.. i havent been to my doctor yet since TTC, we wanted to wait a full year. I feel like maybe this might be "normal" after not ovulating for so many years, and this is like the first time?? I used ovulation test sticks randomly over this TTC period with all negatives, the last 2 days 2 definate positives..

Has anyone ever experienced this severe pain & pressure with ovulation, or am i in need to go to the ER?
