Need help! not sure what to do.

I'm 7 weeks today and for the past few days I've been getting slight cramps throughout the day on the lower left side of my abdomen and its gotten worse. I don't go to the obgyn until Monday. This is my first pregnancy and I'm not sure if I should worry or not. it's really gotten worse the last few hours. To the point I can't lay down in any position, I can barely walk without feeling like I'm going to throw up or faint from the pain. I'm doubled over at some point because it's too much to handle. Any advice would be very helpful.
